5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The currently approved payment methods on ek444 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is completed.
• Each bonus offer has a set expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes the result of a game to be uncertain, ek444 may cancel the round and refund the bet amount.

• Gold — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on continued active participation on the platform. ek444 reserves the right to change VIP tier criteria and benefits, but members will be notified before any changes take effect. VIP cashback and rewards may have their own wagering requirements.
